Refunds
Refunds for Swim Lessons are issued according to the following guidelines:
100% - Prior to Memorial Day
50% - Prior to the start of the session preceding your session (> 2 weeks)
25% - Prior to the start of your session (< 2 weeks)
No refunds will be issued after your session has started.
If you miss a scheduled class, you cannot make the class up at another time and will not receive a refund.
Transfers
Transfers to a different session or class time will be allowed until the start of the session preceding yours, provided that session or class time is available. There is a 10% processing fee for all transfers.
Cancellations
Swim Lessons WILL be held even if it is raining or cold. Classes will only be cancelled for lightning, tornado warnings, and other severe weather. A decision will be made 30 minutes prior to each class. Please call the Aquatic Center info line at (847) 223 - POOL for updates on lesson cancellations. Classes are not rescheduled.
Please note that levels with low enrollment may be combined or cancelled. If your child’s class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
